doctor suggested GASTROGRAFFIN TEST ...CHEST X-RAY ... the both test are normal doctor gave lanzol 15mg tab for 15 days.. trixillix syrup for 5 days.. Allerrid syrup for 10days..domstal syrup for 5days ... All course is finish.. should I visit one more time to doctor?

it appears to be allergic cough/cold.
they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
requires examination and start antzi allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperature variations. 
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child neezds inhaler therapy or nebulization.
when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine
