#AskTheExpert , Hi doctor, making a routine is good for 11 month old baby? what is the benefit of following a routine for a baby? and now a days my baby is not eating food as much as before, should I worry for this? what can I do for it?

It is totally normal. You will notice all these changes in babies eating habit. So don’t worry about that and keep trying. If you will make a proper routine that you know when babies angry and when baby wants to sleep. So it is very important to follow a routine for your baby it will be easy for you to manage your work and baby together
