#asktheexpert . hi doctor, I have a 3 year old who always has a hard time sleeping (since 6 months, no health issues) and always wants to do comfort sucking to sleep or go back to sleep. please help me on how to stop this practice

A. Hello ma’am Some kids do have trouble sleeping but slowly gradually over the period things will start to change so I’ll tell you once your child probably start going to the school and starts going out on a regular basis once the routine is formed slowly gradually things will also become better
