#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, Can you tell me My baby girl is now 5 Months and 24 days old . When I will start solids and if I start then which food I will give.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it us always advisable to give baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months. and after that you can start with semi solid food. and start with moong dal soup, khichdi, daliya, apple, potatoes and banana.
