#asktheexpert Hi doctor, Can you please suggest an solution for my 2.5 year toddler, she always strains hard to go poop and tries to poop many times throughout the day daily ,although she can't poop properly only little she will poop. The poop is soft and colour of poop is brown, smells too . Plz help my toddler to get rid of this problem.

Then maybe your child is having some issue with the proof it is smelling too much bad then in that case you should check with your doctor if you need to get a stool test done one time because sometimes these things can be there either due to constipation or hard motion or or maybe stomach infection so better to take a guidance with the doctor
