#AskTheExpert hi Doctor, 4 months ago, I delivered baby boy naturally/normally my question: I'm feeling wet all day due to white discharge. why it is so & What measures should I take to stop that white discharge?

A. Hello dear! Without proper physical examination it is not possible to understand the condition. Consult your gynaecologist for a personal diagnosis and seek medical advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and a healthy lifestyle

A. White discharge can happen for various underlying reasons. It's important to rule out pelvic infection and ill health. It's better to visit a gynecologist physically. And in the mean time take good care of intimate hygiene. Use dry undergarments, changing the undergarment frequently can help, can use panty liners. Wash the intimate area after urination and make it dry using a cotton cloth/ napkins. And it is advisable to take iron and calcium tablets for 6 months post delivery to correct ill health.
