#asktheexpert hi.. doc recently while cleaning my 18 month olds ear with buds he was hurt in his ear and blood came out.. later when checked with the torch we noticed the bruise was just near the entrance, he was absolutely fine no pain no more bleeding. Do we still take him to the doctor?

A. avoid self treatment. You should have proper consultation with your treating ENT doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly.
