they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child.
the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract. 
if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory s s secretions.
if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the respiratory tract.
the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract

it happens because of gas.
please don't forget to burp your baby in between and after each feeding.
don't overfeed your child.
while feeding make sure your child latches properly,I mean the whole aoreola part of your breast should be covered well by your child mouth as it will help to prevent spiting.
