You should go ahead with giving each and every thing to the child whatever you are making at home on an every day basis Roti sabji Dal rice Paratha that is ideally the right food to be given to the child if your child is not eating anything then you should get it checked with check with the doctor at this could be due to a nutritional Efficiency as well
