Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. there is no problem if the child is sleeping and you have to follow demand feeding
you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child
and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the milk.
if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent burping .
there is no need to to go for hourly feeding pattern.
also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits
