Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. give stem for the cold .Nasal block or congestion is due to the common cold and flu mainly due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .

for cough ,I would suggest you to use Babyhug rapid relief rub for your child.
along with that ,you can give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder in 3 tbsp quantity twice in a day.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
