#AskTheExpert hi am trying for 2nd child n for last 2 times 10 days post my period date I have got my period n my doctor advised to use Letrozole tablets n try is that useful in between months when we didn't plan for conceiving I got my period on date but the month when tried ten days late its coming

A. for irregular periods just following a Healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking and yoga along with meditation is very beneficial no medication is needed if you are trying to conceive you should get ovalization study done

A. hi doctor I don't have irregular periods, please read my question once again only the month when we plan for pregnancy that month periods come 10 days late
