#AskTheExpert hello. sir.. mydaughtet is 5 months 8 days old ... sheweighs only 5.1 kg ... should i be worried ..... she only breast feed .. ifi feed her formula she tks only 60-70 ml.... what should i do

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Giving your baby formula in addition to breastfeeding is called supplementing. It's completely OK and perfectly safe to do, and many families choose this type of combination feeding method, whether out of necessity (e.g., low breast milk supply), convenience, or simply a personal choice.
