#AskTheExpert Hello Sir. My twin babies do not wish to drink milk or formula.will they be deficit of any important nutrients contained in milk? How can I inculcate the habit of drinking milk?They eat cerelac,nestum and home cooked food. TIA

A. give more and more of home cooked food. try and avoid cerelac. there are quite old nowgir cerelac. it's ok if babies font drink plain milk. try giving milkshakes. ir give more of curd or paneer or cheese. these are good to provide calcium.
