#AskTheExpert hello sir my son is 8 months old.. since we started giving ragi malt to my son he is getting hard motions.. any idea how to overcome this? he strains a lot while trying to do poop.

ExpertDr. Hemendra GuptaPaediatrician4 years agoA. I would suggest you to decrease the amount of milk in his diet and give him adequate amount of water so take care and all the best for you and your child

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning first of all I would recommend you to stop giving ragi for a couple of days to the child second it is advisable to give Honey with warm water in the morning to the baby you can also try to get black raisins water
