A. Constipation in children can be troubling, but a healthy diet can help alleviate this issue. To prevent constipation, it is crucial to incorporate high-fiber foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes into their daily meals. Encouraging them to drink plenty of water and stay physically active is also essential. Limiting processed foods, sugary treats, and excessive dairy consumption can aid in maintaining regular bowel movements. Additionally, probiotic-rich foodds like yogurt can promote good gut health. Ensuring a balanced diet that includes these elements can significantly reduce the occurrence of constipation in children, enabling better overall health and well-being. s
