#AskTheExpert .. Hello sir, my name is Ansar and iam 31,it's been 3 years got married with 2 kids currently. iam facing with man boobs issue where it is hurting me a lot to wear clothes.. it's been increasing and iam helpless. please help me with any solution

Hi mom Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment In person Try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda Do some light exercise yoga regularly Wash hands often before touching your baby Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
