#AskTheExpert hello sir my baby turned 5 month now i use BF and bottle both... but i am confused how much OZ shuld i give to her ryt now i m gvng her 60 ml in every two hours and at nyt i give her 90 ml + BF also so is dis fine?

Give 60-100 ml
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
