#asktheexpert hello sir my baby is now 6m old plz suggest semi solid food for him and also gyide how much to feed in a day and frequency

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello initially when you start with the solid you should be given one time and few spoon and day by day increase the quality and then the frequency so the baby will get used to it which would be better and good for the growth of the Child n nothing to worry
