Hi, for one feed baby might take 210 ML of milk. Since baby is 7+ months you can introduce four semisolid feed in a day with a gap of four hours between each solid feed and minimum of two hours of gap To give liquid feed like breast feed or water. Make sure to feed semisolid food in sitting position. Initially you can start with plain ragi porridge, vegetable Purée, fruit Purée.Initially you can give 2 1/2 tablespoon and gradually increase the quantity month by month. Avoid salt, sugar, honey, citric fruits, dry fruits until Baby completes one year
