#AskTheExpert Hello sir. My baby is 14 days old. She is not pooping but passing gas since 3 days. Please advise

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. ugfsmall babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
