#asktheexpert Hello Sir/Ma'am, My Son who is 4yrs and 7m old is having constipation from last few days..and due to which he is having itching sometimes at his anal area. Pls advice any syrup or alternative to get relief from constipation and itching.

A. hellp try to give water well after every solids and also give fibre rich food in the diet n include fruits especially banana n papaya which can also help n any concern u can then check with ur doctor n she can guide u accordingly
