I don't think giving cookies at such an early age. You can give once baby is more than 1 year old and that too of home baked wheat cookies.
Right now, give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups etc
