#AskTheExpert Hello Sir, How we can plan to stop mom feeding as my child is now running 2+ years. He don't wanna go for any other option of Milk. Any suggesting suppliment.

give filling meals
drop one breastfeed every week
father or other family member can help with feeding and putting child to sleep
build a bedtime routine that does not revolve around breastfeeding for example read a story sing a lullaby ,rub child's back
