#AskTheExpert hello sir can I give milk sufficiently to my 3 year old baby? because some doctor said milk hinders child's growth and it reduces blood in the body..

A. after one year of age baby's body grow in height and also baby's get more in physical activities therefore they need to milk to makes bones stronger but it should also necessary to give other nutrients to grow better like vitamins, minerals, iron ,magnesium, zinc,potassium etc
