#AskTheExpert Hello my son is 3yr old I had to travel for 40 hrs train journey,he has habit of having milk with chocolate flavour before night sleep ,can I use formula milk with suppliments, is it safe please suggest

A. Yes you can give other healthy alternatives during travel. Take care. always carry a first aid kit that contains a digital thermometer, antiseptics, bandages, medicines for fever, cold, congestion, ORS, lotions . Carry baby essentials too
