Clearly as As it if your child is speaking words properly but does the pronunciation is not clear then it is perfectly find the pronunciation get cleared by the age of 6 to 7 years only but if your child is not speaking properly as in your child is not picking of words the vocabulary is really less then you should consult an ENT specialist or a speech therapist ones
