Q.

#asktheexpert Hello, My daughter just turned 6 months. I have started feeding semisolids from last 3 weeks. she just takes around 20 to 30 ml feed at a time. is this fine?

A. Till 6 months complete only breastfeeding or formula feed should be given. so you should wait giving semisolid for few days after completing 6 months you should start with water along with Dal water and rice water only in continuation with breast milk after completing 7 months you should start with Semi solid food like vegetable soup for fruits purry and then slowly move on for solid food so that the babies digestion remains good. i

A. Hello dear parent! Should be alright as long as your child is healthy and active. Give one new food at a time. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Consult your doctor for further assistance
