#AskTheExpert hello ,my baby is now 5 mnth n 10 days old he is on cow milk feed so can sm1 tel me diet plan for such baby

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning you can introduce any solid food at the age of 6 months I would have ever recommend that you should try to continue mother's milk exclusively till then cow milk can be given after 12 months
