#asktheexpert Hello My baby boy 11 months 18 days he is not having water and milk .Having only solid foods per day hardly 150 ml formula milk he is taking. kindly suggest what to do

Give three meal and one snack a day
Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand.
offer water n milk in attractive sipper cup.
Aim to give them two to three serves of dairy each day .

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. baby should take water as it is important to keep baby well hydrated and also because water helps in digesting solids.. and meals..
give water at regular intervals, on demand or after meals..
give coconut water butter milk rice water cucumber.. as to keep baby well hydrated...
