#AskTheExpert hello my baby 30days old spits milk very often after every feed,after giving burp also she spits milk and sometimes milk comes from nose, mostly she's on breastfeed 1-2 serving formula she takes.plz suggest good formula milk

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom most of the time this occurs due to reflux action and this issue is quite a common among babies. Also try to limit the quantity of the feed given to her. Sometimes it could be that she is drinking in exes and that is why it is coming through nose etc. Also make sure that while feeding keep her head little elevated with the help of your palms and keep her in a upright position after getting her an burp .
