#AskTheExpert hello mam my self jannat khatri mam we are trying for baby from last one year but there is no results came i also consult doctor also done the treatment for 6 months but in that also no result came my follicular study is normal on 15 th day the ratio is 9.8 nd my husband report is 52.08 sperms count please help

Hello,it's normal nowadays some women can't conceive easily,but don't worry and firstly be positive and also change your diet and eat healthy food and also start doing excersice and live a healthy lifestyle and both of you have to do it and don't take stress,it's also one of cause that are not able to conceive ,but don't worry soon good news will come,all the best.
