#AskTheExpert hello mam, my baby boy is 45 days old. I have observed gastric problem in the baby. please provide the solution.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut .
other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burpingv after each bfeed.
Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give adequate feeding
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Maintain hydration
