#asktheexpert hello mam mene mere dr se bhi baat ki hai lekin usse bhi kuch nhi ho raha ...puri rat or din me sota hi nhi... sulaye tab hi rota din ho ya raat ... esa kyu ho raha he ? or feeding abhi chhudva de...or cow milk kare to sahi hoga ?

A. hi mom yes cows milk de sakte hein thode leg massage dijiye gently before sleeping give cows milk , add a pinch of nutmeg and see if it helps
