#AskTheExpert hello mam , how to have a normal viginal birthday... I am 6th month pregnant

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor. so try to be active during your pregnancy
