#AskTheExpert hello mam . 3days ago i had loose stool which dark green color, that night I had little green capsicum curry.i thought this was the reason..stomach was aching . it's been 4days now my poop is hard now but dark green in color.. pls tell me what is the reason? I'm 2month postpartum ,had normal delivery.. taking calcium tablets .

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. your stomach is little bit out of order because of loose motion hence stool are green in color, do take curd, buttermilk daily, also have jeeta n ajwain water.

Author of questionMom of a 3 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. exactly. i forgot to mention I m taking jeera ajwain water daily.. cuz of green loose motions i stopped taking it. cuz jeera ajwain make us to clean our stomach.
