ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. it all need surgery.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

usually after certain age or age of one year ,it will not descend .
please consult your pediatrician for this.
