A. Hello dear parent! Try to include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Speak to your doctor for further advice on vitamin deficiency.
