#asktheexpert hello ma'am, my 9 year daughter is not gaining weight, she is very thin. what could be given to her in order to increase her body mass..

A. What is the current weight of your child it should be somewhere around 26 kgs right now or maybe 28 kg on the higher side if your child is lower than that also then you can just give good amount of proteins into the diet of your child and put your child into some physical activity with that the energy would be used the appetite will increase the weight will also increase and the body structure would get better
