so you need to have at least 2.5 to 3 l of water daily along with good nutritious diet intake

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It’s normal as you need to take care of a small baby day and night. Please try to sleep as and when the baby sleeps. Also eat healthy food including dry fruits. Please do not take any medicine without consulting your gynaecologist..
