#AskTheExpert hello, I'm 7 months pragnent and my waight is 53, I only gain 2 kg waight during these months, is it normal? even when I was not having any turbulating pragnancy symptoms.

there is no other discomfort then it is ok
please take Healthy and nutritious diet
avoid taking stress

mam, ideally, pregnant lady gain weight around 12 to 15 kg during whole pregnancy
so mostly it depends on weight which you have at conception time
