#AskTheExpert hello I am demotivated..I am feeling very emotional..I am teary almost all the time..one and half month ago I got an minor accident and hurt my hand..I am okay now physically....but not mentally...pls suggest some healthy food to recover soon

A. hi you said it physically you are fine, now just say each day mentally I am happy do things which makes you happy for atleast half an. hour can have a small piece of chocolate, strawberry, other berries, nuts , seeds
