please try to set consistent bedtime routine for your child.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
don't allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets before one hour of sleep time.
make sure your child takes his or her dinner well.
keep your child well hydrated
use dim lights ,keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping.
avoid distractions.
if Condition remains same, please check for nutritional deficiency, worm infection , stomach problem like colic, indigestion or constipation etc
