A. for infection meet dr This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child. For cold you can give syp maxtra /wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2 to 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly. Indirect steam can also be given. For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for home remediexs like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink. . For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child

A. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by theoo doctor according to the type of cough. if fevrer is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .
