#asktheexpert hello Dr my older son is 7yr old. he is soo thin and his immunity is so low. he get infection easily. his cough is annoying ( different cough) very noisy. repeatedly chest cogesation

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutritghiion required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
