#AskTheExpert Hello dr. my daughter is going to 2 yrs on 4th jan. she is still not sleeping well at night. she sleeps at afternoon for 2 hrs and at night between 10-11 pm. she not even sleep continuously for 2-3 hours. please suggest it's very hectic and effecting my health also.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. th cdThere is lot of individual variation in the sleeping pattern of small babies before coming to a particular sleeping pattern no need to worry about this at present if the baby is taking feeding properly and otherwise active
