#asktheexpert hello Dr my daughter is 2 years old. I want to ask whether I need to give her any mix with milk like pediasure or nan grow?? I'm giving her plain cow milk only, and also solids. pls suggest

A. Hello mom guess that is sifficent , that all usual family foods can be given which includes foods from various food groups, to maintain a healthy balanced diet as well
