A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yeh ek temporary condition hai aur kuch time ne apne aap theek ho jayega. Aapko ek cotton kapde se baby ki tongue saaf krni chahiye har feed k baad. Bache k gums daant and jubaan sab saaf krni chahiye. Yeh ek yaan do hafte me theek ho jaana chahiye Thanks and take care
