NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello nost baby will be BLE TO speak sentence with 2 words oe 3 by age 2 and lil delay is normal in some kids and now since child is 3.9 andbis still not able to soeak it is better to check with yiur doctor and he will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
