#AskTheExpert hello Dr. how to stop breastfeeding for baby, as my baby is too habitat to my milk, when ever he was thirsty, he wants to sip my milk... he cries alot, if I try to not give him feed...

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom weaning the baby off your feed is a task and it’s a gradual process you have to stop one feed at a time and you need to be firm with your decision and not to give in to his tantrums as once you give in and it gets much more difficult later..
also this age you can also introduce him to cows milk and that can be an alternate to your feed
